Ian Topper

Although I was born in London I moved to Cornwall as a very young child and consider myself to be an “honorary Cornishman”. I have had a number of jobs including in the motor trade and most recently as a salesman with BMW.

I live on the outskirts of Newquay with my wife and son and help at Newquay RFC (including with the junior and mini sections) and at the sports centre.

For some time I have desire to work with children and young people and was delighted to be given the opportunity to do so with White Gold Cornwall.

I have undergone internal training and attended a number of relevant courses and now believe that I am able to make a positive contribution to assisting the young people who are referred to us.

The work is challenging but I am proud to be a part of the White Gold Team that, I believe, is making a real difference to children and young people in Cornwall who need support, help and guidance.
