Mark Pascoe
Operations Manager

I grew up in Porthleven and  trained as teacher, (specialising in P.E.), gaining a Bachelor of Education Degree at Southampton University. I worked at a Residential Community Home near Nottingham before changing career and joining the Derbyshire Constabulary.

In 1992 I transferred to the Devon & Cornwall Constabulary eventually returning to my roots and working as a Neighbourhood Team Sergeant at Helston. I retired from the Police Force in April 2011 having served for 30 years and receiving a long service and good conduct medal.

I am married, (my wife, Heather, is a practice nurse), and we have an adult son who is an Aircraft Engineer and a daughter who is a musician in the Royal Marine Band Service. Upon retirement I worked as a sessional worker with White Gold and as a Behavioural Support Worker at a local School. In January 2012 I accepted the post of Operations Manager for White Gold which entails supporting outreach workers and liaising with agencies to ensure that we continue to provide an excellent service for children and young people in our area who need help.
