Tom Saddler

Tom is our Operations Manager (East) with a long, distinguished background in mainstream and alternative education. For many years, he was a very successful Deputy Headteacher of Looe Community School, specialising in pastoral, special needs, behaviour management, safeguarding and community fund raising. After his so-called semi-retirement, Tom has worked in alternative education, especially for Caradon Wave, always pushing for “inclusion for all”, regardless of ability, background, emotional and physical needs. As a Mentor, Family Support Manager and now a Operations Manager, Tom brings a wealth of educational management, knowledge, understanding, and an undying belief, in the rights and well – being of young people and adults generally.

Organising charity quiz nights, family walks with the dog, watching football and garden “pottering” are a few of his off- duty activities.
