I’m Alice and I’ve lived in Cornwall for 8 years. I initially came here to study Geography at the University of Exeter (Cornwall Campus). After this, I kind of fell into working with young people and didn’t become an environmental consultant after all! I am passionate about working with people to better their futures. I spent 2016 working on a project called Talent Match, coaching 18-25 year olds to enable them to gain (and sustain) employment.
In January 2017, I joined Devon and Cornwall Police as a police officer. Alongside this role, working with the White Gold team means I get to continue with more long term support with people to build their futures and discourage them from committing crimes. This will also have a positive impact on the community I police.
I own a horse so in my spare time I am usually found riding in the countryside or competing in dressage. I also love gig rowing and anything outdoorsy!
